1. Introduction
FALEOZIMEDIA , in strategic partnership with JobEx, is excited to announce a groundbreaking new project scheduled for launch in mid-Q3, August 2025. This ambitious initiative involves a collaboration with over 50+ leading brands to become their collective digital "brand voice to stream," creating and distributing high-impact content across multiple platforms.
To power this venture, we are building a world-class team of innovators, creators, and strategists. We are looking for talented and driven members to be part of our team and bring this vision to life from our project .
This tender invites proposals from reputable recruitment and staffing agencies to partner with us in sourcing and placing the foundational members required to execute this project. We are seeking partners with a proven ability to identify and attract top-tier talent in the digital media, technology, and marketing domains.
2. Scope of Work
The selected agency (or agencies) will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for the positions listed below, including but not limited to:
Sourcing and headhunting qualified candidates.
Initial screening and vetting.
Presenting a shortlist of candidates for each role.
Coordinating interviews and facilitating communication.
Assisting with offer negotiation and onboarding.
All candidates presented should ideally possess 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, unless otherwise specified in the detailed job descriptions.
3. Detailed Job Descriptions
Below are the detailed requirements for the roles to be filled.
I. Executive & Leadership
1.1. Managing Director
Job Summary: As the Managing Director, you will be the driving force behind the Project vision, strategy, and growth. You will provide strategic leadership to all departments, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure the project meets its ambitious goals for our August 2025 launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and execute the overall strategic direction and long-term vision of the project.
Lead and mentor the executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results.
Act as the primary spokesperson for the project, representing it to partners, investors, and the public.
Drive key business development and fundraising efforts.
Qualifications:
4-5+ years of senior leadership experience in the tech, media, or digital advertising industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling a product or company.
Strong understanding of financial management, marketing, and technology development.
Exceptional decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
1.2. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Job Summary: As the hands-on CTO, you will own the project technology vision, strategy, and execution. You will be responsible for both high-level architectural decisions and the hands-on implementation of the systems that ensure our platform's reliability and performance, leading our engineering teams to build a scalable, secure, and cutting-edge platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic: Define and execute the end-to-end technology strategy, lead and recruit the technical teams, and manage the technology budget.
Technical & Operational: Architect a scalable, cloud-native platform; establish ITIL-based processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management; implement a robust DevSecOps culture; act as the final point of technical escalation; and manage the platform's disaster recovery (DR) strategy.
Platform Management: Oversee J2EE platforms (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat), including upgrades, installation, license compliance, performance tuning, and vulnerability remediation.
Qualifications:
8-10+ years in software engineering and IT operations, with 4-5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
Deep expertise in modern cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and SRE principles.
Hands-on proficiency with modern backend technologies, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and J2EE application server management.
Strong background in managing large-scale application platforms, security implementation (CIS, PCI-DSS), and SSL certificate management.
1.3. Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Job Summary: As the primary driver of our business growth, the CMO will develop and execute the complete go-to-market strategy. This is a leadership role with a strong commercial and executional mindset, focused on user acquisition, revenue generation, and establishing our brand as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies encompassing direct sales, channel development, and strategic partnerships.
Business Development: Drive growth by securing strategic partnerships with key players in payments, digital marketing, e-commerce, and logistics.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, account management, and marketing.
Marketing & Brand: Oversee all marketing initiatives, leveraging data analytics to build a strong brand, manage campaigns, and optimize ROI.
Commercial Acumen: Own the commercial performance of the business, utilizing data to track sales funnels and report key metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience executing business growth strategies and leading sales/marketing teams.
Expertise in sales/business development within payments, digital marketing, e-commerce, or cross-border business.
Strong, demonstrable understanding of market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Proficiency in data analytics, modern sales mechanics, and marketing strategies. An MBA is a strong asset.
II. Technology & Product Development
2.1. Software Engineer (Frontend & Backend)
Job Summary: We seek experienced Software Engineers to build the core of our platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable web applications and services, collaborating with multi-functional teams to create an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement user-facing features (Frontend) or server-side logic and APIs (Backend).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other engineers to deliver compelling features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, with a focus on performance tuning.
Create, build, and maintain CI/CD processes and perform release management.
Support and resolve critical production issues 24/7.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Frontend: Proficiency in React, Redux, Node.js, and Express.js.
Backend: Proficiency in languages like Node.js, Python, Go, or Java; experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS is a plus) and containerization.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) APIs and Java-based microservices is a plus.
2.2. DevOps Engineer
Job Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and managing the infrastructure that powers our platform. You will work to automate our deployment processes, ensure system reliability and health, and enable our engineering teams to move faster.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Manage our cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Ensure the high availability, scalability, and security of our production environment on a large scale.
Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
4-5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role.
Strong experience with AWS (AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes), including migration experience.
Proficiency with scripting (e.g., Go, Ruby, Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools.
Demonstrated experience supporting mission-critical, high-volume, customer-facing services.
2.3. Product Manager
Job Summary: The Product Manager will own a key area of our platform, from ideation to launch and iteration. You will be the voice of the user, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements and deliver features that solve real problems for content creators.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the product roadmap and manage the product backlog.
Gather user feedback, market research, and data analytics to inform product decisions.
Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and specifications.
Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute the product vision.
Collaborate with QA to test and validate new features against product goals.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech company.
Proven ability to manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and experience with tools like Jira or Asana.

3.1. Data Analyst / Scientist
Job Summary: You will be at the heart of our data-driven culture, turning vast datasets into actionable insights. You will analyze user behavior, ad performance, and platform usage to help guide product strategy, marketing efforts, and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio) to visualize metrics.
Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, revenue leakage, and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting.
Deliver insights and performance reports to leadership with clear recommendations.
(For Scientist) Develop predictive models to forecast user behavior or business outcomes.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role.
Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and a scripting language (Python or R).
Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
(For Scientist) Familiarity with machine learning frameworks is a plus.
IV. Marketing & Operations
4.1. SEO/SEM Specialist
Job Summary: You will be responsible for driving organic and paid user acquisition through search engines. You will develop and execute strategies to increase our visibility, attract qualified traffic, and achieve a high return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic rankings.
Conduct keyword research and collaborate with content creators.
Plan, create, and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Optimize campaigns for KPIs like CPA and ROAS.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM.

4.2. Partnership Manager
Job Summary: The Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with advertising partners, content partners, and other third parties. You will be key to expanding our ecosystem and driving revenue and growth through collaboration.

Identify, prospect, and negotiate deals with new strategic partners.
Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

5.1. Privacy Counsel / Specialist
Job Summary: You will be instrumental in the day-to-day implementation of our privacy program. You will ensure our platform and operations comply with global privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, helping us build trust with our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing privacy policies, procedures, and controls.
Manage and respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new products and features.
Review contracts with vendors and partners for privacy-related clauses.
Stay up-to-date with changes in global privacy laws and advise the business accordingly.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in a privacy-focused legal or compliance role.
In-depth knowledge of major privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Experience in the technology or digital advertising sector is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications like CIPP/E or CIPP/US are a strong plus.
5. Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested agencies are requested to submit a formal proposal that includes the following:
Company Profile: An overview of your agency, its expertise, and its experience in the tech and digital media sectors.
Recruitment Methodology: A detailed plan outlining your proposed strategy for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for these roles.
Timeline: A projected timeline for presenting the first shortlist of candidates for key roles.
Commercial Proposal: A clear and detailed fee structure (e.g., retainer, contingency, or a hybrid model).
Past Performance: Case studies or references from at least three (3) clients for whom you have provided similar recruitment services.
Key Contact: The name, title, and contact information of the primary person responsible for this proposal.
