Administrative Support

Position Overview:

MEDIA GO is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Administrative Support. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management:

    • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for team members.
    • Coordinate and manage calendars to optimize efficiency.
  • Communication:

    • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Documentation and Filing:

    • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
    • Ensure that documents are filed accurately and are easily accessible.
  • Meeting Coordination:

    • Assist in the coordination of team meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
    • Arrange logistics for meetings, such as room bookings and equipment setup.
  • Travel Arrangements:

    • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Office Supplies Management:

    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
    • Place orders for supplies as needed.
  • Data Entry:

    • Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Administrative Projects:

    • Support various administrative projects as assigned by team leads or managers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
