Administrative Support
Position Overview:
MEDIA GO is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Administrative Support. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for team members.
- Coordinate and manage calendars to optimize efficiency.
Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Documentation and Filing:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure that documents are filed accurately and are easily accessible.
Meeting Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination of team meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, such as room bookings and equipment setup.
Travel Arrangements:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Office Supplies Management:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Place orders for supplies as needed.
Data Entry:
- Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Administrative Projects:
- Support various administrative projects as assigned by team leads or managers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
