Analytics Specialist

Position Overview:

MEDIA GO is seeking a data-driven and analytical individual to join our advertising team as an Analytics Specialist. As an Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of data analysis, proficiency in analytics tools, and the ability to derive actionable insights to optimize campaign strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis:

    • Analyze data from various sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, and advertising platforms.
    • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns in real-time.
    • Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Reporting:

    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • A/B Testing:

    • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to set up and analyze A/B tests.
    • Use test results to optimize campaigns for better outcomes.
  • Audience Insights:

    • Develop audience profiles and insights based on data analysis.
    • Provide recommendations for targeting strategies.
  • Conversion Tracking:

    • Implement and manage conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Optimize campaigns for increased conversion rates.
  • Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct analysis of competitor advertising strategies.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis and reporting, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of advertising and digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
