Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team at MEDIA GO. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of our advertising campaigns. This is a key leadership position, and we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in project management, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management:

    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
    • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively address issues to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations.
    • Conduct regular reviews and assessments.
  • Resource Allocation:

    • Effectively allocate resources to tasks and projects based on capacity and expertise.
    • Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Project Documentation:

    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Ensure all project documentation is organized and accessible.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
