Position Overview:

MEDIA GO is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall campaign success. We are seeking an individual with a passion for social media trends, a keen eye for creativity, and a proven track record in social media management.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
  • Content Creation:

    • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, video production, and copywriting teams to produce compelling content.
  • Community Engagement:

    • Foster and grow online communities through active engagement.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Campaign Execution:

    • Execute social media campaigns from concept to delivery.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Platform Management:

    • Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Utilize social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Influencer Collaboration:

    • Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to amplify brand reach.
    • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key social media metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.
    • Implement and enforce brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
