Social Media Manager
Position Overview:
MEDIA GO is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall campaign success. We are seeking an individual with a passion for social media trends, a keen eye for creativity, and a proven track record in social media management.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video production, and copywriting teams to produce compelling content.
Community Engagement:
- Foster and grow online communities through active engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Campaign Execution:
- Execute social media campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to amplify brand reach.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.
- Implement and enforce brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
